    Focus and Scope

    Journal of Nesia Engineering Science is a scholarly journal that publishes scientific articles derived from research, studies, and development activities in the field of engineering. The journal accommodates research articles related to Computer Science, Energy, Engineering, and Materials Science.

    The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

    Peer Review Process

    The review process is conducted by a team of journal reviewers appointed by the editor based on their respective areas of expertise. Reviewers are selected from various universities across Indonesia according to their academic competence and editorial needs. Only manuscripts deemed suitable by the editorial team will be forwarded for peer review.

    Each eligible manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers using a blind review mechanism, in which authors do not know the identity of the reviewers. The editorial team will notify reviewers of each assignment. Reviewers are requested to confirm their acceptance or rejection of the assignment within 10 working days. Upon acceptance, reviewers are expected to submit their review results within four weeks after confirmation.

    Journal of Nesia Engineering Science is published three times a year, in March, June, and September.

    Open Access Policy

    Journal of Nesia Engineering Science provides immediate open access to its content and is freely available to all readers. Readers may access and download the full text of all articles published in JNESc without any charges.

    Plagiarism Policy

    Submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. The editorial team screens all submitted articles for plagiarism using plagiarism Turnitin.

    Peer Review Process

    All submitted manuscripts undergo a review process conducted by reviewers appointed by the editor based on their expertise and academic competence. Reviewers are drawn from higher education institutions across Indonesia. Manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team to assess their suitability for the review process. Eligible manuscripts are then sent to at least two independent reviewers using a blind review mechanism, in which the identities of the reviewers are not disclosed to the authors.

    Reviewers are requested to confirm their willingness to review within 10 working days after receiving the assignment. Upon acceptance, reviewers are required to submit their review reports no later than four weeks from the date of confirmation.

    Journal of Nesia Social Science is published twice a year, in March and October.

    Open Access Policy

    This journal implements a full open access policy. All published articles are freely available and can be read and downloaded without any charges, allowing researchers, academics, and the wider community to benefit from the published works.

    Jurnal Ilmu Teknik Nesia adalah publikasi ilmiah yang memuat artikel-artikel ilmiah dari riset, studi, dan pengembangan di bidang Teknik. Jurnal ilmiah ini berisi artikel-artikel penelitian yang terkait dengan studi Ilmu Komputer, Energi, Teknik dan Ilmu Material. Lingkup bidang studi tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:

    Proses Review

    Penelaahan akan dilakukan oleh tim penelaah jurnal yang akan ditentukan oleh editor jurnal sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Tim penelaah berasal dari universitas-universitas di seluruh Indonesia sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kebutuhan editor. Artikel yang akan ditelaah adalah artikel yang dianggap layak untuk ditelaah oleh tim editorial. Setiap artikel yang layak ditelaah akan dikirimkan ke minimal dua penelaah melalui tinjauan buta (penulis tidak mengetahui penelaah artikelnya). Tim editorial akan segera memberikan informasi kepada tim Penelaah pada setiap penugasan, jika mereka setuju atau tidak setuju tentang penugasan penelaah, mohon konfirmasi kepada Anda selambat-lambatnya 10 hari kerja. Ketika penelaah mampu melakukan proses penelaahan sebuah artikel maka penelaah diminta untuk memberikan hasil penelaahan selambat-lambatnya 4 minggu setelah konfirmasi.

    Proses Peer Review

Artikel yang memenuhi kriteria akan dikirim kepada sekurang-kurangnya dua reviewer yang ditunjuk berdasarkan kompetensi bidangnya. Proses penelaahan dilakukan menggunakan sistem blind review, sehingga identitas reviewer tidak diketahui oleh penulis.

    Reviewer diminta mengonfirmasi kesediaan paling lambat 10 hari kerja setelah menerima penugasan. Apabila bersedia, mereka wajib menyampaikan hasil penelaahan dalam jangka waktu maksimal 4 minggu sejak konfirmasi.
